Refunds and cancellations are governed by airline, hotel, and supplier rules. Holiday Bookings LLC does not override supplier policies.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original form of payment.
Agency service fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable. Supplier penalties are passed on transparently.
Customers are encouraged to contact Holiday Bookings LLC directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may delay resolution.
